Rude waiterss

I went to Food *****s Market at Woodlands Mall Pretoria on 19.07.2019 to buy lunch,when i got at the food counter there was a lady in front of waiting for her order to be taken,after waiting for some time the lady was assistedby the lady named Lesego,when it was my turn to be assisted Lesego turned her back and walked away from me,while waiting another lady behind the counter came which she assisted the other lady that came after me which seemed to be their friend while i was waiting,then i asked that Lesego lady if she was going to assist me or not.With the rude response she said she thought i was with the other lady that was in front of me.She then took my order with a straight face while chatting to her colleagues which i thought it was rude chatting to colleagues while assisting the customer.She slowly went to dish up for me.One manager asked me if i was ok ,i told him what happened and spoke to that lady.even after her manager spoke to ,she still served the food with the same attitude still chatting to her colleagues.That lady was rude,that is not how customers should be treated.
