Rude store manager

I went to the Food *****'s Market on Ferndale on Republic to speak to the store manager, Chris to assist in answering a few questions for my research paper. Prior to going, I had called numerous times but the lady that kept answering was rude and dismissive but eventually told me come on Monday morning. When I got there, the store manager was extremely rude telling me that he is busy with stock taking and has no time to waste on "nonsense like that". I was shocked by his reaction and tried to remain calm and asked when he would be available, as I had called before hand and was told he would be available, however, he said he knew nothing of the sort. He then said I should come back at 14h00 that same day. As I had a meeting, I asked my younger sister to go and ask him the 3 questions but she then called me to tell me that he was also rude to her and told her that he was busy and not available for "research nonsense". I am disgusted by his lack of customer service and he is the store manager, it is not surprising that most of staff members are also rude.
