Rude staff and off meat

This is a 2 part review. 1st situation was I bought the Rump Boerewors from our local food *****s market centurion gateway, divided the wors in to smaller packs and while doing this noticed a strange smell but did not think much of it, cooked some of it the same night and this was horribly off, not even my dogs wanted to eat it and they eat anything, could not take it back as I tossed the slip. So thats more than R130 in the dumpster. 2nd part, my wife stopped at the same flm today to get 150 fresh buns, the manager or whoever she spoke to said no she is not allowed to and then asked did she place an order, how must we know to do this, the buns were still on the trays from the oven, she was told she must take the pre packed packets and cant do the fresh buns, so why cant we take 150 now if you bake more than once and sell those buns anyway over a period during the day? Some customer service to be told straight NO and rude from the start. Think thats it for us, no more flm, will rather go do our weekly and bulk shopping somewhere else from now on to avoid all of this.
