Rude, Rude!!!! to the last degree

Firstly your staff don't wear name tags. Today shortly after 13h00 was standing in the queue to buy a ready made sub for my self. This young lady does not even ask or look at me serves a person behind me. When approaching her to say, I WAS there BEFORE THE GENTLEMAN. she becomes so rude, instead of apologising, she tells me she only serves people that opens their mouth and speak. I am so angry right now, there is no customer service in your store. She was the shortest out of them all, that's the only way can describe her. Afterwards she went to say something which could not hear to her colegues all of them had big smiles, meaning she was continuing to be rude. This experience was very embarrassing to me everybody was staring at me.....felt very humiliated....
