Rude cashiers and staff

I've always bought pre-made food from Food *****'s throughout Johannesburg. I've never been treated such disrespect as I have today and this is not the first time I've had a problem at the store I had a 3 weeks ago and I tried to the same. Firstly after selecting my pre made food and put it into a container. The staff member That was supposed to be weighing my food sorry complaining then I may not allowed to mix different types together even though they are the exact same price per kilo. Then when I arrived at the cashiers the first cashier rudely stated that she is attending to a customer ready when there is no groceries in front of her no a customer. Then when I went to the second cashier so I could pay for my products she continued having a conversation to the cashier that was next to her when she finally is rung up my items. She not one spoke to me and told us she told me how much I need to pay. This is a very bad brand representation of this amazing company oh no longer be shopping at food *****s in Norwood Mall.
