Rude cashier

I have never been disrespected like this in my life. So the cashier scanned the chicken that I already paid for again and I'm like to her in a very calm manner this is already scanned wanna pay for the chocolate and she rep**** with an attitude asking me why didn't I remove the chicken so I tell her you the 1 who was supposed to put it on the other side. She then scan the chocolate and threw it to me so I asked why you throwing it to me I then threw it back to me, she kept arguing with me until I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said he will speak to her but the cashier showed no remorse she did not even apologize. I felt disrespected as a customer and I need a sincere apology from that cashier, I don't want her to loose her job but I want her own up to her behavior and the only way for to do that is apologize infront of me.I'm in customer care and I know exactly how customer should be treated. The cashier name is Jabulile Mpembe from Jabulani Mall. Can this be dealt with asap.
