RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL STAFF

I purchased food and meat at your Park Meadows store on Saturday 10th August, when I got to the till the cashier informed me that they did not have any plastic bags, I was told that I needed to buy brown bags at R2 each. I was not happy about this and asked for a supervisor. Cecelia strolled over and with such contempt told me to buy the bags as there was nothing else to put my groceries in. She was rude, arrogant and stood there in front of me with her hands on her hips just repeatedly telling me to buy the bags. YOUR STAFF AT PARK MEADOWS NEED TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM A FOOD *****S AGAIN DUE TO THE SHOCKING SERVICE I RECEIVED. Cecelia needs to find herself another job as she clearly should not be working with the PAYING PUBLIC!
