rotten service like the rotten meat i bought

i went to Food *****s market in Sunward Park and bought meat, i get home and the pork has a funny smell but i still think maybe its me, put some in the oven and the taste was definitely off, i return it to the shop and i was taken to the butcher supervisor Tobi and OMG his attitude was as rotten as the pork i bought from the store, the guy did not greet me or offer an apology for packaging rotten meat, he did not even look at me al he did was take the meat and put it at scale an his words "where's the rest of it?" and before i could even answer he was on some "what she brought back is what she will be refunded for". and i was standing there and wondering why was i not given an option to choose from a refund or fresh meat or even an apology and i see how rude this guy is and i was so annoyed i now demanded for a full refund, i mean who is going to compensate me for my petrol and all he cared about was the rest of his rotten meat, he then he called the store manager François and he was worse than Tobi. I'm so disappointed with service rendered and honestly i felt like i was treated like that because I'm black and a woman i honestly don't think they would treat other races like that, they treated me like people filled with hatred and disgust '
