Rotten ribs

Yesterday at around 17:59 I went to food *****s market Boksburg northrand road to buy the ribs you mostly find on the isle exposed, I got home, put the ribs inside the airfryer and left so my kids can eat once it is done, to my surprise the 2 kids that ate the ribs had diarrhoea early this morning, I called food *****s this morning and I was told to bring the packaging n the receipt and ask for Lurock, I did e that, he told me to go to the cashier and get a refund, he didn’t bother to ask me how my kids are, for me it was not about getting the refund put for accountability which no one took, we went to the butcher manager, he told me how he has never got a complain as he sells a lot of ribs n he disregarded my complains n told me to get a refund, I am very disappointed because no one asked me how my kids are, I still have to buy anti-diarrhoea medication or take them for consultation.
