Rotten potatoes

I bought potatoes at food *****s market centurion on the 27th November 2018...today I open the bag to find almost half of the bag is rotten..I then emailed there customer care center to find out what should I do moving forward as I cannot use those potatoes but received a response that the mailbox is full I then called the number on the slip with no answer. This is an inconvenience .when i buy something i expect it to be at good use and not rotten...why are url buying rotten goods from suppliers is it to save a few rands....I would like to know what am I suppose to do with these rotten potatoes?
