Rotten pies

I bought pies from food *****s westville. My pies was fine. But my husbands pie was spoilt and my daughters pie was rotten. We did call the branch within 20 minutes of purchasing. The bakery manager insisted that we bring the pies back as it need to go for testing. I told her to send someone to collect and she said that she cant. So i jumped back into my car. Drive all the way to food*****s. Apon seeing the manager she does not greet me she jus takes the pies from another lady that works there and go and get my refund. She does not even apologies and said the supplier will phone me. She just gave me my money and walked away. Then the next day the supplier calls me to say that he checked how food*****s keep the stuff and they are trained properly. Couple days later a lady from food*****s replies to my msg on facebook and she was shipping the blame onto the 3rd party which was the supplier. To date i have not even received a call from them to apologies for the inconvenice that was caused and that my child could have gotten very sick from this experience. Coz no one opens a pie before eating. I was not even compensated for all this. <br> <br> Food *****s has really dropped the standard<br>
