Rotten Mince

This is the 2nd time I have bought boerewors at Food *****s that is so close to off....tastes like sweat, it is sour. This week I threw away half n box of mince the was rotten when we defrosred it and if the mince is not off then it is full of bones. I worked in a Butchery for 5 years and expect beter quality meat when buying at a store. Do not think I will ever buy there again. Thank you very much.
