Rotten Meat Sold at Food *****’s Market – Richards Bay Mall (Boardwalk Inkwazi Shopping Centre)

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality at Food *****’s Market, Richards Bay Mall.

On 30 December 2025, I purchased lamb ribs from this store with the intention of preparing a meal for visiting guests. However, upon arriving home and opening the packaging, I discovered that the meat was rotten and unfit for consumption.

Selling spoiled meat is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to consumers. This experience not only caused inconvenience and embarrassment but also reflects very poorly on Food *****’s Market’s quality control standards.

I expect better from a reputable brand. I hope management will offer a recourse from this terrible customer experience.
