Rotten Meat - Food*****s Brackenfell

Yesterday i bought smoked pork ribs, when i got home we noticed a smell, discovered that it was the ribs that was rotten, I returned it, received R173 refund. the staff had no sympathy or anything, like its normal for rotten food. same day yesterdaysaturday 22 August i defrosted smoked pork shank i bought last week, same rotten smell (R100 lost) i then took out another smoked shank a bought last week ASLO rotten (R111) this is disgusting, obviously i cant return it because the slip is long gone. this is the first time this happend. safe to say i will never buy meat from food*****s ever again. i now see why the staff was not bothered or suprised when i returned the rotten meat. totally disguted by this. its late Monday now - nobody from food*****s Brackenfell has bothered to contact me to sort this out or appologise. Stay away people - they are to relaxed, to many stores just take our money and dont care or worry about providing good service
