Rotten meat Did not get all I payed for

Every Month I go buy Meat at Food *****s Market in Polokwane at Thorn Hill I buy the Month Deals after last month the meat was wrong badly cut package torn and then you don't get everything that's suppose to be in the Hamper when I went in again I told the lady who helped me that the previous month I wasn't happy and she insured me that she will make sure everything is OK well all the Rump steak was rotten the Ox tail was off the Tender steak is so bad mince tasted funny I am Very upset as I paid R2000 for Meat and Half of it was rotten/bad I stay 100 km from town so its not like I can just take it back.
