Rotten Lamb AGAIN!!!

So disappointed with the lamb shanks me and hubby purchased at the Food *****s Market Rooderport 14th Avenue. The shanks were rotten by the time I had cooked them this morning.i bought them the night before on the 31st Dec 2018. This is the second time we bought meat from this food *****s market and it was rotten! So distasteful really!
