Rotten food twice now

Honestly, I don't really know why I'm writing this since I'll probably get the standard \we apologize etc\" response, but seriously twice now I have bought meat hampers from you and both times portions of the meat (chicken) have been rotten, as in I need to vacate the kitchen when I open the packaging. It's unacceptable and frankly don't care about the money, but I can't stand the fact that companies do this. Are we that bad now that we just sell rotten food at inflated prices? well you just lost another customer, you should be shut down."
