Rotten Food/ Trolley Guys

<p>Bought some "Lamb Steak" at Food *****s in Eikestad Mall. Got home very excited about our braai, opened our Steak and a disgusting smell came out of the packet. I took the old meat back the next day, not even one word of apologies from the store manager. What a spoiled braai experience. I got my money back, but they lost me and a few others as clients. The trolley system that they have going on is very irretating. The guy who is in charge of the "Trolley Guys" at the Eikestad Mall told us that we cannot take the trolley without one of his guys following us to get their trolley back. We told him that we are not going to our car, he said to leave our stuff there and come and get it when we are done. SHOCKING!! We just got a trolley from a different store that is not so desprate about their trolleys. Focus that energy on adding value and not losing clients.</p>
