Rotten food at Food *****s Montana

I have been to Food *****s market Montana many times. It's an average of 30km from home. They have good products, so every two weeks we do our shopping there.... however every single time there is something that ends up to be rotten that can't be seen from the outside of the packaging until it's opened... so it ends up being throw away. I had the last straw this week buying avos... it's money I loose every time.. if i go to exchange it, it's losing petrol and time, if I don't it's loosing the money for a product I couldn't use. This time I took a photo of the Avo's and the slip and e-mailed it directly to food *****s Montana, explaining the issue. They don't even bother to respond to the email.. so on top of bad products is bad service.. we are definitely going to look for another place to do our shopping.. meat, veg, bread..the works.. although R50 or R100 doesn't seem much to loose when you are buying thousands of rands there every week... but it's a lot to me, and it definitely adds up when this happens numerous times.
