Rotten food at food *****s

I bought a cake slice at food *****s Nkomo village today (19/01/2026)upon arriving at my destination when I opened the Cake to consume it had a foul soury smell when I check the date on the package it says by 23/01/2026 but to my surprise it didn't seem like it was either baked yesterday or the day before because it's definitely not today's, basically it's an old cake almost rotten so they decided to sell it cheap so that they don't have a loss but have they even thought of people's health??? imagine those who bought it for kids this is such an unexeptable manner or is it that this certain food *****s is in a black community and we can just consume anything it doesn't matter it's state ?
