Rotten food a health risk as well as hygiene

I bought chicken and just to find the chicken was rotten, same goes for the vegetables. I barely have a watermelon for a week there is a foam like liquid substance coming out from it. On saturday I was there the green peppers containment was rotting there was a liquid substance underneath the packets and it was brown and disgusting. I always buy from food *****s market and to be honest this is the 1st time i have seen such from them.

Somebody left me a voice note asking if the food was cooked or from the butchery. The meat was not cooked and it was on the shelves. When i wanted to cook the chicken it smelt awful i almost puked i then asked for a second opinion from my husband and emmediately he threw it away
