Rotten food

I purchased a few items at Food *****s Stoneridge, on the 16th Feb. I unpacked meat and fruit Saturday, for a braai, and the meat I bought was rotten. The fridges at Food *****s weren't even cold. I dont know how much more of what I bought is rotten in my freezer. I bought fruit, which was already rotten the day after, with expiration dates of the 21st February. How can you sell rotting food ? If the fridges aren't working, shouldn't these first be fixed? I want a refund please. I sent a private message on Twitter, Saturday, no response. I wont ever purchase from there again.
