Rotten fish

Good day, My fiance bought fish at Food *****s Market at Woodlands yesterday. When I got home from work he had finished making it and asked me to smell it as it smelled off. I could immediately smell that it was rotten. The whole kitchen smelled horrible, and we had to throw it away. Even the veggies that he bought there didn't look like the usual good quality roast veggies we usually by from you, but at least we could eat it. Please advise how we can handle this as I do not want to post on Facebook as I am sure we can get to an agreement for a refund? I have waited since Friday up to today after I sent an email to customer services. Needless to say, that is why I am now turning to hello Peter, as I did not even receive a response. Next will be Social media.
