Rotten Damaged Potatoes

Today I shopped at Food *****'s Tokai. Spent just over R500 and purchased a combo:R189 potatoes- onion butternut and carrots. Upon arrival at home & opening the bag potatoes it was rotten stinking and full of green flies. The potatoes were exploding. Immediately called the store and spoken to Naiomi who stated store manager on leave 2nd in charge not available. Then called customer service at HQ spoken to Bonita Van Niekerk who asked pics of the damaged item's. This was done & she promised followup by lunch. Received a call from the store and they asked if I can come in told them I got a uber and who's going to pay the kind lady Naiomi told me to come in when convenient they will reimburse the bag potatoes and give me cash back. I walked into the store and they did exactly as agreed. Well done to all concerned well done Food *****'s Tokai
