Rotten Chouricho refused to be exchanged

I bought a chorizo sausage amongst other things at the Kyalami Food *****s market yesterday. Only to my suprize this morning , the chorizo was rotten with the 13/12/2015 as the labelled expiry date. I took the sausage to the Sunninghill Food *****s Market with an intention for it to be exchanged and to my surprise , the Food *****s Business model is nowwhere near client centricity nor treating the customer fairly. A lady by the name Audrey Khumalo told they do not do inter -store exchanges and said i must drive to Kyalami 'to return the sausage. I demanded to speak to the manager appalled by the non-client centric response I received from Audrey. The Manager was already uttering \no"as he was approaching me after being briefs of my complaint. He utterly refused to to excahnge the item and told me to take it to Kyalami as they are a franchise and don't have any dealings with them. I tried to explain do the Manager about client brand value and TCF but he wasn't having any of it and was getting annoyed and impatient . As a client I do not need to know your internal segments which I got coecersed to today and suprisingly enough "
