Rotten Banana Loaves

<p>Hi my name is Lerato</p> <p>On 3 June 2017 I bought 30 Banana loaves for church. The banana loaves are usually R14.99 but on Saturday they were R10. When I got home I sliced them and put them into plastics for rationing. As we were slicing them I realised they they were not fresh, they were half rotten and were breaking. As we continued slicing them my sister picked up some rotness in them. Then when I opened the cling wrap the mold on top was hidden with the sticker written "Heart of good food". On the very same day at 16:51 I called the store about the matter. I was asked to leave my name and numbers and that I should come on Tuesday the manager will call me. To date she has not called me. On Tuesday I was on my way to the store from work I called the store to find out if the manager is there. I was told she has left and I should come on Thursday. On Thursdat (today) after work I am from the store the manager is not there. Another Manager by the name of Bemie was called and he said I should be given 5 Banana loaves and the store has a 4 days return policy. I told him I called on Saturday already and he said I should bring all the rotten banana loaves back because if he can reffund me his head will be cut off. He also said buying banana loaves is a risk as they are already made from overly ripped bananas. I am not happy with how a complaint is handled by food *****s. I alway rely on food loves for banana loaves I often buy more than ten and they were usually fresh. I want my R300 back not the lousy 5 banana loaves.</p>
