Rooten Vegetables

I bought potatoes from Fruit and Veg, Brackenfell Cape Town. More than half of the pocket was rotting and with bad patches on it and I paid R67.00 for it. My money was first class but I get a rotten product. I am sick and tired of Fruit and Veg selling bad tomatoes and bad potatoes. I have never bought a bad bag of potatoes at May's ever. Obviously they are small and never sell rotten vegs to their customers. I had to throw away all those extremely expensive potatoes.
