Restaurant Food Handling -Huge Concern

I often go to the restaurant inside the Food *****s market in fourways.The food preparation is right in front of you as you wait. Each time I go there , the hygiene ,lack of it really concerns me .Today I ordered the breakfast special .The staff do not wash their hands ,.The same cutlery used for waw material is used for cooked food ??They simply put the disposable gloves - but these only protect the staff 's hands , not me the consumer. The staff was opening the bin , and few seconds later , HANDLED MY BREAD WITH THE SAME HAND .Please urgently train and test your staff on hygiene.Also , at times they are in and out of the food preparation area, no hands washed .Place a sanitizer hands station at the entrance PLEASE.The last time I actually got a stomach bug.The only thing making me return is the lovely food and specials.The spice container for your steak- next to the till/cashier (clear plastic with green handles) - please dispose it -its dirty beyond washable,and cracked/broken.
