Refusing pensioners first preference
My mother is over 60 and with the Covid 19 regulation elderly people should be given first preferance, however they refused to let my mother go in beacuse i was with her, my mother is a pensioner and needed my help at the till. This behaviour is unacceptable and i am beyond dissapointed with what happened.
