RE ROACH IN ROLL - DATED 31.05.2016 - FURTHER UPDATE

<p>further updated with the incident that happend on the 31.05.2016, contact was made from head office advising me some one from the store would contact me regarding this issue, same did happen that evening, however not much had been abled to be resolved, i did how receive an invoice from the store for fumagation that , been done a week prior to my incident, however please note the information i received on this invoice, the company is not listed on google and with that said shows that they are sabs approved so you an imagine, the invoice number reads 005, further they have a vat number on the invoice but vat is not charged out, the land line number on the invoice for for a spares shop, when i did query this with head office there national food and safety manager just advised me that she knew the owner of the pest control and did not answers the above questions i raised with regards to the invoice, the next issue that followed these guys have been delaying my request for the COA ( this is the certificate of acceptabality of food stuff to be handled on the premises ) no company is allowed to any bussiness related to food without this certificate, i then receved a call last friday 03.06.2016 from Bogadi the safety manger advising me they are not allowed to send out the certificate via email and that i could go into the store and view same which was not a problem, i then requested for her to send me a mail with exactly what she had told me to which she agreed however i received no such mail, i then received a mail from her on the 06.06.2016 advising me that the store has re app**** for a COA and was waiting for inspection, she gave me a reason that the store had been taken over by new owners, dear all as previoulsy advised i am in the shipping industry and deal with the department of health on a daily basis, this means that this store is operating and was operating without a heath certificate as i have even asked her for the old one to be produced there was no comment, as also previously advised i have all the correspondences on hand ie emails times of calls and so on, i am still looking into the matter and intened of taking this furtther i will keep of posted.</p>
