Rare pork Bangers complaint

I purchased a ready to eat meal(cooked) bacon ,egg and Pork bangers at Food *****s market at St George's mall in Cape town on 08/08/2018.I was shocked at the quality of the pork bangers as they were completely rare on the inside.Clearly these pork bangers are not fit for human consumption as rare pork is health hazard to consume.

How does food *****s sell readily made pork bangers to the public knowingly that their pork bangers are under cooked?This can lead to Trichinosis-Now I have to incurr medical expenses to check if I am not infected by Trichinosis
