Racial Profiling

I just had a horrible experience at Food *****s Rinaldo. I bought chicken from the store on Saturday, 15 May 2021. When I cooked the chicken there was a bad smell I then called the store and spoke to Vinam he apologized and said I must bring the chicken to the store. I went to the store on Sunday, 16 May 2021. I asked at customer care for Vinam then I was asked “where is your Madam?”. I was surprised and told the lady there is no madam I made the purchase. Because I’m a black female in an area where black people have what they refer to as “madams” they just assumed I was sent by one. The racial profiling was uncalled for and none of them saw a fault in that.
