Quality of meat

On second thoughts, I feel for the supplier /farmer I have come to the realisation that the supplier is not to blame. The mutton packs are prepared by Food *****s staff. I this time toroughly checked out the content of the pack. This is where the fingers show directly to food *****s. The mutton pack got beautiful pieces of meat but they bulk up the mutton pack with a lot of flank pieces. Their solution to the problem is, sell the flank as a separate pack, which was normal in the years pass. Give us the client value for our money.We pay for mutton pieces. Apply TCF which is legislation. I am available if you need someone in customer service or else get the customer service manager to respond
