****py service from a rude employee Zanele

<p>Today the 13 November 2016 I had the worst experience with customer service at food *****s market. The fruits dish-out section to be precise. The ladies by the name of Zanele was very rude. I found her assisting a gentleman who asked her a simple question, she kept quite as if she di not hear him. The guy then asked her if she was still thinking of the price she responded with attitude. While I was standing there she turned her back on me, as if I was not there. She then washed the utensils she was busy with and just ignored me. I was shouting at the top of my voice just so she can turn her head around to acknowledge that she can see me and will attend to me. NO she pretended that i was not even there. One of her colleagues called her once and she turned around asking me "WHAT do you want" I asked her why is she speaking to me in that manner, she answered me with attitude telling me that she needs to wash the jug she was using first before she can attend to me. I told her that's not a nice manner to talk to people, she spoke over me back and forth kept on saying "ok ok ok" . When she gave me my fruit salad she never even apologised to me, nevermind greeting me when she first spoke to me. The service she rendered to me was appalling.
