Purchase Refund

Against my better judgement I proceeded to purchase some fruit and vegetables at Food *****s Westgate Mall ,Gauteng because it is closer to my home in Horizon.Only to find that on checking out my goods the till where I was assisted terminal I'd 1-cashier Sibongile Ngobeni the computer switched off while finalizing the transaction now this is after I handed my cheque card and paid for the amount R297.05.Now here is where it becomes interesting from a staff training perspective.Th pc printed the customer and merchant copy confirming that payment was issued and bank accepted as the slip indicated approved. The cashier then called the banking administrator after the controller made me swipe my card on a different machine and it declined.The banking administrator then called the controller after 20 minutes while I am waiting to say she cannot she the transaction on your system.So I left to the bank out of frustration as I felt I was being treated as a ******** and returned with cash to pay for my goods.I was then advised that I will receive a call the next day which did not happened,Iwent to the store on Sunday to follow up they then told me to call HO which I did no help to date
