Promotion Out Of Stock

Dear Sir/Madam Today I went to Food*****sMarket Malmesbury, shopping as I do every week but this time also to exhange my saved sticker books for the 2 pans (80% special). 28cm Deep Frying Pan and 25cm Pancake Pan. 12 October 2025.....and I am told sorry we have run out of them.....maybe you can get them somewhere else still..... a month and a half before closing date??? no stock???? and......telling me I have to go out there and look for it.....really? it is YOUR promotion, YOUR responsibillity ..... Food*****sMarket should have more stock or get more stock to fill it up till end of November. on top of this I was given more stickers.......FOR WHAT....for products that are NOT available. I am very disappointed in the service received. Please advise or resolve this.

Dear Mike, 

Please note that the 28cm Deep Fry Pan, the Pancake Pan and the 3 in 1 Silicone Lid are unfortunately no longer available in all the regions.
 
But good news! Stores are being replenished weekly from our distribution centres with the following items which are still available for redemption:
 
  • 20cm Frying Pan
  • 24cm Frying Pan
  • 28cm Frying Pan
  • 2-piece Bowl Set
 
We encourage you to redeem your items as soon as possible, as stock is going fast.
