Price on the shelve not the same at the till

I received a promotional sms yesterday about today’s special.When I got to the Jabulani branch,the item I wanted was clearly marked with the correct price.But when I got to the till,I was suprised to see that the price was not updated on their till.What frustrated me most was the cashier didn’t even know about that special.She then told me to wait while she go and verify.I waited and waited until I decided to leave.I find this as poor service and unacceptable.This was not the 1st time I got bad service from this branch,so today I decided to give the another chance but the blew it.I’ll never go to that branch ever again.
