Poor Store Condition (Poor Food Quality Standard)

I went the Food *****s Market Richards Bay, on Wednesday (01.02.2023) to bug groceries, I bought chicken meat only to find out the meat was outdated, I discovered that on Thursday afternoon when I preparing to cook it, there was a very bad smell coming out of it and there was a sticky substance when you touch it. I never expected that Food ***** at all. What I have discovered about the shops around Richards Bay is that they don't maintain the same standard as other shops in big cities like Pretoria and Durban. Richards Bay has low standard of shops.
