Poor service, unfriendly personnel

There is a special for lean mince 2 x 500g for R 99.00. Get to Food *****s Market The Reef early 21.03.2024 just to be told they haven't packed it yet. Waited for almost an hour to make up 2 x packets. Asking where is the third packet requested, only to get a blank look. No wonder everybody is rather going to Food *****s in Sunward Park. Your personnel is unfriendly and the service extremely poor. It is a shame, as it was great when it opened a few years back.
