Poor service from Food *****s in Braamfontein

I must say the service I received from Food *****s Market in Braamfontein on Friday morning (03-September 2021) was appalling. I purchased a smoothie like I always do, when I got to the till I was told they don't have straws. I then told them I will not be purchasing the smoothie if they don't have straws. The lady called one of the ladies, who I assume is the supervisor, she instructed the lady to ask for the straws from the restaurant downstairs. I had to be late for work while waiting for the straws. This is really unacceptable especially from a good brand like Food *****s Market
