Poor service

Today I went shopping for meat, I went to the firdges amd saw a special Food *****s beef mince extra lean for R59.99/kg

I took 2kg mince, at the till it rang up incorrectly. Whereby I then informed the teller it was incorrect, she called the manager. The manager turned around and said well sorry this mince is finished but clearly on the picture you will see where the add is hanging to immediately all customers would think it is this specific mince. So she refused to give me 2kg and only rang up 1kg because of a mistake their butchers made. When I told her it's not my problem that they made this mistake I want it at this price she turned to the cashier and spoke in there language then took the other 1kg mince and walked away. They are both extremely rude! Talk so everyone can understand and secondly if your packers doesn't remove a sign from the fridge when restocking new mince it is not the customers problem. We (customers) are then entitled to getting it at the price YOU advertised.
