Poor service and quality

When I entered the cafe, was introduced with such an unhappy frown to my table, soon as I was seated was asked what I would want to drink, so I responded with politeness ice cold water with lemon and ice, received my order will unfriendly manner, then no ice, warm tape water and glass with sticky residue on the outside.. Now been waiting 10/18min for my waitress to take my food order, and yet she has come by asking me if I would like to eat something, she walks passed my table not even noticing my hints of wanting to place my order. She just sludges on the table begging for time to go by.. Love this service. Such an amazing experience for me to never return.
