Poor quality service and management

Bought a cake from Polokwane branch Thornhill and took it home cut it like it was a brick. Then noticed that they had removed the old sell by date and put a new 1. The cack was hard and already changing form. Called the branch and the manager asked to bring it back and he refunded me and gave another cake at the time it looked OK but his was worse, it was like cutting a rock and not a brick. Called the call centre or head office and spoke to some woman sounding like half dead on the fone told her my experience and she didn't even ask much. Then that was that. I have all the picks and dates. This was not the first time as I did mention to them. They need to be exposed. And people should watch out as they could get food poisoning. They are so damn calm and no worries on their side. All this will really hit all social media platforms ASAP.
