Poor quality products

I purchased sausages from Food*****s Market Farmyard in Polokwane. I made a tray a few days after and the sausages were off. I tried emailing them since i have so many trays but no reply from their customer care. I also purchased a magnum ice cream on the same day and it tasted sour. ill never be shopping there again
