Poor quality of products

I have refrained from lodging a complaint on several ocassions over the past few months. However, this time I cannot hold my tongue. I usually purchase products from FLM, each time, when I get home the products are rotten, mushy, mouldy, they dont last more than a week (sometimes less than 3 days) or have slugs on them. Potatoes purchased were rubbery, I've purchased herbs with slugs on them, the packaged herbs only last 2 days. They actually need to be utilised on the same day of purchase. Items on \special"MUST be used on the same day. The next day they actually have mouldy films on them. Last week I purchased 3 punnets of strawberries"
