Poor management skills and bad customer service

I always praise Food *****s but I can't say same after what I have experienced today with the manager at the butcher. I am alarming him that the short ribs I bought 2 weeks ago was as hard as a horse bil****s, perhaps they should follow up with their suppliers regards. Instead he's giving all this sort of bad attitude that there's no way I can say their meat is hard. It means I don't know how to braai. I mean Really, I buy these meat every Fri for my worker's braai on site and I never came across such disaster. I buy food *****s meat knowing how reliable it is but after this attitude 🤔. What a disappointing. I never expected to get such response especially comes from the manager 🙄 The guy made me feel so less and useless.
