Poor management
The staff were overworked &understaffed and as a result needed to run around the shop to do jobs that weren't theirs in order to attend to everyone, it lead to a frantic and unpleasant atmosphere. There are also no express tills, and for someone who is just coming to buy lunch must now wait in a long line and by the time you pay your food is barely warm.
