Poor Customer Sevice at Tokia Branch

<p>Today at 12.45 i was waiting at the focaccia stall for at least 5 minutes waiting to be attended to. Finally when the gentleman arrived to serve me he said rudely in these exact words 'whatsup, what do you want' I was so shocked that i didnt know how to respond to him. He was wearing no name tag but was working at the pizza and focaccia counter. I informed the supervisor on duty Rosaline who listened to what i had to say but I hoping that action will take place and for someone to train that gentleman on not only good customer service but respect too. This experience is really pondering on me if I should continue shopping there. </p>
