Poor customer service at Food *****s Market

I had the worst shopping experience at Food *****s Market in Equinox mall, Jeffreys Bay. The staff are unprofessional and clueless. When enquiring about an item in their catalogue, one floor assistant was busy on his phone and shrugging his shoulders. I even overheard two staff members making fun of a customer. The items that they advertise are never in stock or differs vastly from those in the advert.
