Poor Customer Service and Empathy
Visited the FLM in Boksburg ( Beyers) and bought a box of jungle oats off the shelf... at home found that the box was teaming with weavils and insects... dropped by the next day to return the product... I selected future life and the supervisor still wanted to charge the difference despite us making an effort to drive there and alert them of the damaged batch... I am disappointed 😞
Not sure if I will be shopping there soon...
